Clinical Psychology Doctoral Student (PsyD)

I take a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach to therapy and believe that each individual’s experiences, values, and challenges are unique. I view the therapeutic relationship as an active partnership in which clients are supported in developing insight, emotional awareness, and effective coping strategies that promote meaningful and sustainable change.

My clinical work emphasizes helping clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I draw from multiple evidence-based approaches and tailor interventions to fit each client’s goals, strengths, and lived experiences. A central focus of my work is increasing awareness of internal processes and learning how to adjust patterns that interfere with daily functioning, well-being, and performance

I have a strong interest in anxiety-related concerns, stress management, and performance psychology, particularly with athletes and individuals who place high demands on themselves. I aim to help clients not only reduce symptoms but also enhance resilience, self-understanding, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
