The Center is located on the corner of 5th Avenue and Uinta Way in the Powerhouse Plaza in Lowry. It is directly across the street from Machebeuf High School. The building has a red brick exterior. Plenty of parking is available in the rear of the building. The office suite is located on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible.
