Ashley Rodgers


Ashley is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed in the state of Colorado and a registered out-of-state telehealth provider in the state of Florida. Ashley received her Master’s in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, with a Graduate Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of South Florida, and is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

Ashley enjoys working with individuals, couples and families from a person-centered approach, incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) and Family Systems theories. Ashley applies these in session to help you identify what you value, build skills to help you align with those values and then supports you in taking action to live a life full of meaning and purpose. 

Ashley specializes in providing therapy for adults experiencing issues such as eating disorders and the recovery journey, adjusting through life transitions, managing anxiety or depression, learning and practicing self-sufficiency skills, and healing from trauma. 

Ashley’s objective is to help you reach the goals you have for yourself, in order to support your overall health and wellbeing.
