Christina is an occupational therapist with over ten years of experience with sensory integrative therapy/sensory processing disorder, developmental delay, feeding and fine motor/ handwriting issues in clinical, school, and home-based settings. Christina’s experience includes several years working at Children's Hospital, Los Angeles and The Children's Hospital, Denver practicing in rehabilitation and sensory integration clinics. Listening therapy uses altered sound frequencies to stimulate neural activity and integrate sensory input to the brain. At the conclusion of therapy significant improvements may be seen in several or more of the following areas: reading, spelling, writing, listening, attention, focus, organization, comprehension, visual, auditory and/or sensory processing skills, independence in regard to homework, speech, memory, math, stress levels, mood, social skills, balance, coordination, right-left discrimination, creativity, musical ability and sports performance.
